She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Makerere University Business School. Her experience includes advising clients on incorporation of legal entities within the Ugandan regulatory framework, due diligence, investigation compliance and risk, governance, company secretarial services, updating clients’ registers.
She routinely advises clients on company secretarial services including filing the relevant statutory documentation with respective registries, data updates and processing of licenses and applications for several clients.
