She is a member of the Uganda Law Society.  She practices in the Banking and Finance department and specializes in; perfection of securities, financial institutions regulation, draft and review of transactional documents, advisory opinion letters for several clients and handles diverse corporate transactions and due diligence investigations. She has advised numerous local and international banks and financial institutions on legal, regulatory and transactional matters including due diligence and compliance in matters of financing.
