She holds a Bachelor of laws Degree from Uganda Christian University in Mukono and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Uganda Law Development Centre.
Her experience includes advising clients on incorporation of legal entities within the Ugandan regulatory framework, due diligence, investigation compliance and risk, governance, company secretarial services and attending Board meetings and taking minutes.
She routinely advises clients on company secretarial services including filing the relevant statutory documentation with respective registries, data updates and processing of licenses and applications for several clients
