Brigitte is a Partner at the firm. She obtained an LLM (Hons) from the university of East London, a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, Uganda, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda where she earned the Uganda Law Society Accolade in recognition of her excellent performance as the third top graduate of her Academic Year. She is a member of the East Africa Law Society, the Uganda Law Society and the Industrial Court Users Committee.

She specialises in commercial and corporate law. Her expertise includes employment and immigration law, advising both local and international clients across financial institutions, telecommunications, and aviation.

She has worked on a wide range of employment related matters. She has drafted and or reviewed HR manuals for several firms both local and international. She has litigated a number of cases in the industrial court setting precedents in employment law related matters. She was also seconded to the East African Development Bank in Kampala where her core tasks included updating its electronic loans and leases securities register, the preparation of legal opinions, drafting loans, employment and similar documentation.

Her expertise in these areas have earned her a nod from IFLR1000, which has since tagged her as a Rising Star in financial services, technology and communications, as well as aviation matters in Uganda. She is also a dual nominee in the Women in Law awards under the Uganda Law Society. She has also been recognised by a national daily newspaper as one of the influential women in the profession.

She has been invited on a number of occasions to facilitate at the Makerere Law School as part of the mentoring programme. She has co-authored various articles on a number of topics in her area of practice.

Brigitte serves as a Board Director to a number of companies and provides guidance on good corporate governance practices. She serves as a Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths and a Chartered Certified Company Secretary accredited by the Chartered Governance Institute (UK and Ireland).
